The very first Suffolk SketchFest Craft Market is taking place on Saturday 2nd August 2025!

We’re taking over Whisstocks Place in Woodbridge for a very exciting art and craft market during this years Suffolk SketchFest! The market will open at 10am where you will be able to browse beautiful art, handmade jewellery, pottery, ceramics, glasswork and more from talented artisans. Including special items from Art Safari that we will reveal soon!

The market will be taking place in and amongst our Sketching Festival. There will be lots of activity from sketchers in the area enjoying demos / workshops from our tutors creating a festival atmosphere for everyone involved.

After browsing the market, there are lots of lovely cafes and restaurants in Whisstocks Place where attendees can enjoy delicious food and drink, followed by a lovely walk along the beautiful River Deben and a visit to the Tide Mill nearby.

It’s free to attend and will make a lovely day out, we would be delighted to see you there!

Please bring cash with you as some card machines may not work with bad signal in the square. 

The market ends at 3pm but the SketchFest Festival continues! If you have your SketchFest ticket secured, be sure to browse the market between workshops or over lunch! Wander around, talk to local makers, and discover new creative ideas!
